Booking & Treatment Terms

A deposit may be required to secure an appointment. The amount will be shown before you confirm and pay for your booking. The deposit is deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day. Deposits are non-refundable unless we cancel or significantly change your appointment, or unless a statutory right to cancel applies (see Cancellation & Refunds).

Training courses: A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your place: £50–£250 for courses priced at £799 or under; £500 for courses priced at £800 or over. The remaining balance is due one week before the course start date. Courses must be completed within 12 months of purchase. If the course is cancelled by iBeautify, a full refund of any amount paid will be offered.

The cancellation notice period and any applicable late-cancellation charge are shown before you confirm your booking. If you cancel or rearrange with less than the stated notice, your deposit may be forfeited or the disclosed cancellation charge may apply. This does not affect any statutory right to cancel.

If you do not attend your appointment and do not contact us in advance, the full deposit is forfeited. Repeated no-shows may result in future bookings requiring full payment in advance.

If you arrive late, we may need to shorten, adapt or cancel the treatment where there is not enough time to carry it out safely. A cancelled appointment caused by late arrival may be treated as attended and the deposit may be forfeited.

A patch test is mandatory for laser hair removal, IPL, lash and brow tint, and certain other treatments. When a patch test is required, the clinic will tell you the minimum interval that must pass before treatment. Treatment will be refused if the patch test has not been completed within the required timeframe, or if a reaction is observed.

You must disclose your full medical history, current medications and any pregnancy at the time of booking and again at each appointment. Failure to disclose relevant information that affects treatment safety may result in refusal of treatment and forfeiture of the deposit. iBeautify accepts no liability for complications arising from undisclosed information.

We may wish to take before-and-after photographs of your treatment area. Consent to photography is separate from consent to treatment, entirely optional, and may be withdrawn at any time. Written consent will be obtained before any photographs are taken.

The completion or expiry period for a treatment course will be shown before purchase and recorded in your booking confirmation. Courses are non-transferable to another client unless agreed in writing. Partial refunds on unused sessions are subject to the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and our Cancellation & Refunds policy.

Certain treatments require a prescription issued by a registered prescriber. A face-to-face consultation with the prescriber is required before any prescription-only treatment can proceed; remote prescribing is not used. Prescription clinic fees apply. Suitability is assessed individually and treatment may be declined.

All treatment outcomes are individual. No guarantee is made as to specific results. iBeautify will use reasonable skill and care in providing treatments, but aesthetic results depend on factors including skin type, age, lifestyle and individual physiology that are outside our control. Written aftercare instructions are provided following every treatment. You are responsible for following aftercare guidance. iBeautify is not liable for complications arising from failure to follow aftercare instructions.
